This Privacy Policy describes how ORBITS Puzzle Game (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application (“the App”) on Android or iOS devices.

We believe privacy should be as clear as the night sky. This policy is written in plain language — not legal jargon — so you always know where you stand.

1 Information We Collect

ORBITS Puzzle Game stores the following data locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

  • Game progress — which levels you have completed and unlocked
  • Sound preferences — whether sound effects and music are enabled or muted
  • Purchase status — whether you have unlocked Full Access (stored locally to persist your purchase)

This data is stored using your device’s local storage and is cleared if you uninstall the App.

2 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

  • Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
  • Location data of any kind
  • Device identifiers (IDFA, GAID, device ID)
  • Usage analytics or gameplay telemetry
  • Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to our servers
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data

ORBITS contains no advertising, no tracking SDKs, and no analytics frameworks. We have no backend servers and receive no data from your device.

3 In-App Purchases

ORBITS offers a single one-time in-app purchase — Full Access — to unlock all premium levels. This purchase is processed entirely by the relevant app store platform:

We do not receive, process, or store your payment details, billing information, or any financial data. All payment handling is managed exclusively by Google or Apple.

Your purchase status is stored locally on your device so the App knows you have unlocked Full Access. This status is not synced to any server we operate.

4 Third-Party Services

The App uses the following platform services, each governed by their respective privacy policies:

  • Google Play Services (Android) — for app distribution and in-app billing
  • Apple App Store / StoreKit (iOS) — for app distribution and in-app purchases

Beyond the platform services required to distribute and run the App, ORBITS integrates no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, analytics tools, social media platforms, or external services of any kind.

5 Data Storage & Security

All game data is stored locally on your device using the operating system’s standard secure storage mechanisms. Because no data is transmitted off your device to our servers, there is no risk of a server-side data breach affecting your information.

Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored game data, including your level progress and purchase status. If you reinstall the App, you can restore your Full Access purchase through the Restore Purchase option in the App, which re-validates your purchase with the relevant app store.

6 Children’s Privacy

ORBITS Puzzle Game is rated Everyone (E) on Google Play and is suitable for all ages. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

Because we collect no personal information from any user, regardless of age, the App is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations globally.

7 Your Rights

Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal information for us to provide, correct, or delete. All data the App uses is stored on your own device and is fully under your control.

You can delete all App data at any time by:

  • Uninstalling the App from your device
  • Clearing the App’s local storage via your device’s Settings → Apps menu

If you have questions about data rights or believe we may hold information about you, please contact us using the details in Section 9.

8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through an update to the App’s store listing.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
