Space Explorer is an independently developed Android game. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy refer to the developer of Space Explorer.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Camera, microphone, or contacts data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to our servers

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored exclusively on your device using Android local storage and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

• Game progress — high scores, leaderboard entries, and current level
• Preferences — selected ship skin, laser type, and sound settings
• Trial status — the timestamp of your first launch, used only to calculate your 48-hour free trial period
• Purchase status — a local flag indicating whether you have unlocked the full game or bundle, set after a verified Google Play purchase

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. In-App Purchases

Space Explorer offers optional in-app purchases (full game unlock for $0.99, individual upgrades for $0.99 each and a bundle for $4.99) processed entirely through the Google Play Store. We do not handle, process, or store any payment information.

All billing is managed by Google Play. Google’s handling of your payment data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We only receive a notification from Google that a purchase was completed — we do not receive any payment card or billing details.

5. Third-Party Services

Space Explorer uses the following third-party service:

• Google Play Billing — for processing in-app purchases. Governed by Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics platforms, social media SDKs, or crash reporting services.

6. Children’s Privacy

Space Explorer does not knowingly collect any data from users of any age, including children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected at all, Space Explorer is safe for players of all ages.

In-app purchases require authentication through the Google Play account holder and are subject to Google’s parental controls.

7. Internet Permissions

Space Explorer requests the INTERNET permission on Android. This permission is required solely by the Google Play Billing library to verify and process in-app purchases. The game itself does not make any network requests and does not communicate with any servers operated by us.

8. Data Security

Since all game data is stored locally on your device and no data is transmitted to external servers, there is no network-based data security risk associated with Space Explorer. Your device’s own security mechanisms protect locally stored data.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, export, or delete. All locally stored game data can be removed at any time by uninstalling the application.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users through an app update. Continued use of Space Explorer after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
